Meet your trainer Keith
My name is Keith Kirwan. I started training athletes because I know how smart training can take an athlete to the next level in their sport. My freshman football season I struggled. I had 0 touchdowns, even though I was very quick and somewhat fast, I didn't perform as well as I know I should have. Long story short I trained as hard as I could for the next 3 seasons and elevated my performance. I became more confident and was able to make the plays I always knew I had the ability to.
Since then I've studied non stop, taken many courses, and have attended many seminars to improve my knowledge of strength & conditioning. I use training that works. Not what looks fun or good on social media. There is way too much nonsense training out there that doesn't improve athletes performance. I use techniques and programming that guarantees you to get faster and stronger.
I've now trained youth, middle, high school, college, and even a professional athlete. I have over 10,000 hours (and counting) of personal training experience. My relentless hunger for knowledge combined with my experience has evolved my training program to be the best in Connecticut.
